Special oxtail soup

Special oxtail soup Ingredients:
2 kg oxtail, cut into
2500 mL beef broth
100 grams of soy sauce
100 g onions, chopped
150 g carrots, chopped boiled
150 g of boiled potatoes, chopped
100 g celery, chopped
50 g tomatoes,
chopped salt to taste ground
pepper to taste
Complement: White rice Fried Onion Chips Lime green chili sauce fried pickle slices of carrot and cucumber Method:
1. Boil the oxtail in a beef broth until tender.
2. Season the salt, pepper powder, soy sauce. Cook until the spices to infuse.
3. Enter the boiled vegetables into the broth, bring to a boil once again.
4. Serve oxtail with hot sauce and complementary.
