Scroll dan New Scroll Fuel Injection Pump System


INTRODUCTION
In principle, the workings of both types is the same pump and New scroll is a refinement of the scroll type. Completion of becoming New scroll fuel system is intended to improve the quality of the exhaust gases, the capability and fuel economy.

SCROLL NEW FUEL SYSTEM BENEFITS
New scroll fuel system has the following advantages:
a)      more economical fuel consumption.
b)      Exhaust emissions low.
c)      Heat rejection is low.

PUMP SYSTEM LIMITATIONS AND LINE
Factors that limit the ability of the fuel pump and line system are:
1.      The ability of high pressure fuel line pressure is limited to a maximum height and able to withstand pressures up to 17000 psi.
2.      Limit the amount of fuel (rated fuel limit) and a fuel injection system is less than perfect mechanical than electronic systems.


FUEL INJECTION PUMP CAMSHAFT 

Many changes to the inside of the scroll-type fuel injection pump compared with New scroll type, one of which is the camshaft.
